Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or due to other operational factors. We appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after your order is processed.
Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.
International Shipping
At this time, ChoppingSpice does not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to ship worldwide in the near future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ChoppingSpice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
